Who Is isis sirin sueksagan?
I’m Isis Sirin Sueksagan,a neurodivergent, multidisciplinary creative, builder, and strategist rooted in culture, care, and intentional development! The way I move through creativity, entrepreneurship, and community-centered work is shaped not only by what I’ve chosen to build, but by the environments and experiences that helped shape me.
I like art, poetry, music, helping others, fighting injustice, supporting social change, food, culture, and community!
Some of my earliest understandings of community came through The Betty Harris Homes, a foster home for abused and neglected children founded by my great aunt, Betty Harris, who also supported and housed me during my youth. Being connected to that space gave me a firsthand understanding of what it means to create environments rooted in care, stability, and real support for others. That experience continues to inform how I approach community work today. It is not something separate, but something foundational to how I think, build, and show up.
As I’ve grown, that foundation has taken form across different areas of my work. I’ve explored freelance modeling and creative work as a space for visual storytelling, identity, and expression. I’ve also supported small businesses and emerging ventures throughout the Philadelphia area, with experience spanning restaurant and hospitality concepts, corporate chain and franchising environments, retail, and community wellness-centered organizations. Through that work, I’ve had the opportunity to help bring clarity, structure, and direction to ideas in both their early and evolving stages.
At the same time, I’ve been developing my own ventures, Sirinity LLC and The Phi Tang Foundation, as extensions of what I believe in. Sirinity LLC began as a brand rooted in holistic self-care and has since expanded into a broader creative and cultural practice. It now exists as a parent brand that reflects my interest in wellness, sensory experience, and the intersection of beauty, culture, and identity.
The Phi Tang Foundation was created in honor of a close friend who passed. It carries forward a commitment to community care, access, and support. It reflects a more direct expression of my desire to build spaces and initiatives that serve others in meaningful and lasting ways, particularly in areas connected to youth, food access, and community-based support.
While each part of my work may take on a different form, it is all connected by a shared intention to create with care, build with purpose, and contribute to something that feels both impactful and deeply human. Whether through creative exploration, business development, or community-rooted initiatives, I’m ultimately interested in shaping ideas, spaces, and experiences that feel aligned, intentional, and meaningful.
This work is not just what I do. It is how I choose to build, connect, and move with intention.
